GB/T 11251 alloy structural steel plate has high strength and wear resistance, high hardenability, moderate cold deformation plasticity, good cutting performance and good welding performance. During heat treatment, the toughness of steel decreases less. GB/T 11251 alloy steel can still maintain high toughness under water cooling conditions, but has the tendency of overheating sensitivity, white point sensitivity and temper brittleness. They are mostly used after quenching and tempering, and can also be used under positive inflammation or hot rolling conditions. Typical applications include valve bodies, pumps and fittings, wheels, bolts, studs, gears, high loads on internal combustion engines.
